Bolgatanga: Lecturer At Technical University Shot Dead A lecturer with the Bolgatanga Technical University is alleged to have  been shot dead. The lecturer, Alhassan Azumah is a native of Zemasa in the Bawku Municipality but resides in Bolgatanga.
