The Chiefs and people of Oyoko Traditional Council in the Sekyere East District of the Ashanti Region have pledged their unwavering support to the 2028 presidential candidate hopeful and former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hon. Kwabena Adjei Agyapong, whose intention is to lead the NPP as presidential candidate in the 2028 election.
This overwhelming support from the Nananom was made known during a courtesy call on them to solicit their support and prayers as he begins his indoor consultation campaign in the region.
To ensure he has the blessings of his late father who is from Oyoko, necessitates his visit to the Community.
They chiefs remind him of his father’s biological home affirmed that; ” you are our son and we will do well to support your flagbeaership agenda”. They assured him.
The former General Secretary then continued to Nhyiaeso Constituency where he made known of his intention to lead the party to delegates and appealed to them to give their mandate ti him in 30th January 2026.
