Spiro argued the woman\u2019s claims \u201cdefy credibility,\u201d noting that it would have taken five hours to drive from Rochester to New York City, meaning she would have needed to leave home at 3 p.m. He further stated there was no jumbotron outside the 2000 MTV Music Awards, as the woman alleged, and photographs from the night show both Jay-Z and Combs at a nightclub after the ceremony.<\/p>\n
