They are the last to be taken care of.\u201d<\/p>\n
Experts warn that the Trump administration may prioritize deporting vulnerable migrants with no criminal records from Central America, exacerbating the region\u2019s existing challenges. Facing relentless poverty, Mart\u00ednez contemplates migrating again. \u201cIf I don\u2019t find work in December, I\u2019ll leave in January,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
Similarly, 26-year-old Kimberly Orellana, deported after three months in a U.S. detention center, is determined to reunite with her 4-year-old daughter, who remains in North Carolina. “My daughter is all I have,” she said, clinging to the hope of crossing the border again despite the risks.<\/p>\n
