Protesters took to the streets as lawmakers deliberated over Pe\u00f1a’s impeachment, turning the political proceedings into a focal point for public anger.<\/p>\n
Many affected customers say they are struggling with the consequences of losing access to money needed for everyday expenses, business operations and household commitments.<\/p>\n
The protests have also reflected broader concerns about political influence, financial oversight and the protection of ordinary citizens when major financial institutions fail.<\/p>\n
For many depositors, removing the president is only one part of the accountability they are demanding. They also want their money returned and those responsible for the collapse investigated.<\/p>\n
