Police have opened a separate investigation into the exact cause of death, though authorities say those findings will remain confidential.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1723\">Care Provider Acknowledges Failures<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1950\">The care home is operated by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Attendo<\/span><\/span>, which acknowledged significant failures at its Olarinpuisto unit following the incident.
