While we have the talent and resources, our biggest challenge has been coordination between government agencies, municipal authorities, and citizens.<\/p>\n

What Rwanda Gets Right<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Rwanda\u2019s urban success rests on three pillars:<\/p>\n
