Since the strike began, hospitals and clinics across the country have been stretched thin, with outpatient and emergency services significantly affected. Nurses and midwives withdrew their services, leading to mounting pressure on the already burdened healthcare system.<\/p>\n
The NLC had earlier declared the strike illegal, urging the GRNMA to return to work, but the association held firm until Wednesday’s court intervention.<\/p>\n
