“The public institutions over the years are being struggling to survive due to bad attitude towards work. The abuse of time to work, absenteeism, indiscipline at work, and the norm of “its government work, not my father’s work” syndrome is collapsing the institutions”.<\/p>\n
The country needs resetting…and that cannot be done when the society is not abreast with the need to reset. The president’s prime objective is to transform the country. Elder Enoch Ofori Jnr averred further that, President Mahama should exercise a strong measures to ensure his appointees adhere to the rules and regulations of the institutions where discipline are enforce.<\/p>\n

The church, he noted, also have a key role to play in their quest to support the restting agenda by impacting knowledge of change in the mindset of the people using the word of God as a tool of education on the need to be punctual at work and even in the church.<\/p>\n
Elder Enoch Ofori reiterated the need for the president to be firmed on exercising his constitutiinal powers on government appointees by enforcing the implemented laws to deal decisively with ministers or heads of institutions who circumvent the rules to serve as deterrent to the society in general.<\/p>\n
“It is time to exercise strong punishable disciplinary measures to deal with workers who undermines working rules and regulations”.<\/p>\n
